Standard delivery to any UK address
is included and takes between 14 and 28 days. Standard deliveries take place
Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm.
We always want your rug to arrive
with you on time - it makes you and us very happy! That's why we put alot of
time and effort in ensuring that this happens and 99.9% of the time we are
successful in getting your rug to you within the 28 day delivery period.
If you've waited longer than you should,
just let us know by phone or email and we will sort out the problem as quickly
as we can. During tading hours, you will always get a "human" voice at the
other end of the line. If you're phoning out of hours, just leave a message and
we will get back to you.
