Security The Rug
Merchant uses the Protx system, a secure socket layer system with 128 bit
encryption. If you should have any questions regarding issues of site security
please direct them to info@rugmerchant.co.uk
Delivery
Delivery on most rugs is between 14 and 28 days. On certain 'special order'
items this may be longer. For example, each rug ordered from our Arte Espina
range is classed as a special order item and so is made to order and
individually imported from the Netherlands. As each of these rugs is classed as
a special order item, they are non-returnable. Refund Policy
We want you to be entirely satisfied with the goods
you receive. Our 'no quibble' guarantee means that if for any reason you are
unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition,
within 7 days and we will reimburse your credit card minus our standard
packaging/delivery charge. Please note this amount will vary depending on the
weight of the rug but an average rug of size 120cm x 180cm or 6' x 4' will cost
approximately £15. Please note, the customer is also
responsible for any return handling charges to us.
Defective
items We will be happy to exchange
items that are defective.
