When purchasing a rug from "The Rug Merchant" you are also agreeing with the following terms and conditions.

Delivery Period

Delivery on most of our rugs is between 14 and 28 days. Sometimes this can be longer. If this is the case we will keep you posted as to the progress of your order. Delivery Standard delivery is included to any UK address apart from Northern Ireland and remote areas of Scotland. By standard delivery we mean that it will take place Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 6pm. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to stipulate exact delivery times on any given day.

Timed Deliveries
We can arrange a timed delivery on a given day i.e before 12.30pm at an additional premium of £40.

We can arrange a timed delivery on a given day i.e before 10.30am at an additional premium of £55.

Saturday Deliveries
We are happy to arrange Saturday deliveries at an additional premium of £55.

Returns

In the unlikely event that the goods supplied are not what you hoped they would be or maybe you have changed your mind, our returns policy is as follows: Provided the goods are returned to us within 7 days in pristine condition (which means they are in their original packaging and are entirely resaleable to other customers) we will be happy to provide you with a refund, minus the cost of delivery in getting the rug to you. This will vary depending on the size and weight of the rug but an average sized rug of say 180 x 120cm or 6' x 4' will cost approximately £15 via our standard delivery service.

Please note the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the rug to us. We do not arrange collection of rugs to be returned.
